Monday

Check out Night Train with Wyatt Cenac at Littlefield Art & Performance Space. The night of comedy will be hosted by Cenac, from “The Daily Show,” and feature the best local and international stand up comedians, new and established musicians, local celebrities and the occasional surprise that can only be found in Gowanus.

Tuesday

Don’t miss Unbound: A Literary Series with Greenlight Bookstore and BAM. BAM and Greenlight Bookstore presents conversations with three acclaimed authors: Andrew Zolli, Orhan Pamuk and Gary Shteyngart. Zolli will discuss resilience with Maclolm Gladwell and Jad Abumrad; Pamuk is joined by Lila Azam Zanganeh to present his newly translated novel, and Shteyngart will host a roast with renowned authors Kurt Andersen, Jay McInerney, and Sloane Crosley, to name but a few.

Wednesday

As New York still recovers from the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, remember that Two Boots of Brooklyn is still running a call for volunteers for Hurricane Relief Effort. 

Thursday

Come celebrate Thanksgiving at Fort Reno! This Union St. BBQ joint is serving up smoked Heritage turkeys with all the trimmings! The Menu will include smoked turkey, mashed potatoes with caramelized onions, sausage stuffing, bourbon carrots, Brussels sprouts with bacon and honey, and apple cranberry chutney for $35 a person. 

Friday

This sounds like a job for the 7 On Your Side, or NY1 who may be able to reach NYCDOT and Higher Ranking officials at the 78th PCT to respond to your complaint and do something.
