Channel your creative side at  , the monthly storytelling series hosted at . The night is given a theme and ten storytellers get a chance to get the microphone for five minutes and tell one great tale. Anyone can participate, just get there early to ensure a storytelling slot.

It’s Tuesday again and you know what that means: Park Slope’s best . Head on over if you’re a musician, a signer/song writer or if you just like to hear local artists. 

Wednesday

On the biggest drinking night of the year, and the 80's sensation Kim Wilde's ("Kids in America") birthday, come to for their “” night. There will also be an outfit contest, dance off prizes (free drinks and tickets to upcoming shows) and two pairs of tickets to “The Awesome 80's Prom” at Webster Hall.  

Thursday

Before you stuff yourself with turkey, make sure you run in the . The five-mile jog will benefit the Bishop Ford Track Teams and will start near the Oriental Pavilion, which is off the park's Lincoln Road entrance. All walkers are welcome, but if you register before you’ll receive a medal.

Friday

Have an extra coat? . You can help some of the 18.7 percent of New York City families living below the poverty line just by dropping off a gently used coat.
