7th Avenue businesses will come out in full force for the annual Seventh Heaven Street Fair. Participating merchants with special deals will include Tasti D-Lite, Salon Bohemia, Barrio,Tarzian West, Orrichio Anderson Realty, Inc., On the Move,.Fiber Notion, Brooklyn Properties: and Cafe Grumpy.
The Scavenger Hunt starts at the Chamber of Commerce Booth between Community Bookstore and Little Things Toy Store.
According to the organizers, you get extra points if you:
1. Design, create, and wear your own Scavenger Hunt 2011 T-shirt for the duration of the Hunt on June 19th.
2. Make a short Silent Film about Scavenger Hunts to be presented to the Arbiters with the rest of your Items during Adjudication on June 19th.
3. Pay tribute to the Arbiters' by designing, and baking some sort of Scavenger Hunt themed delicious goodies (cookies, brownies, cupcakes, etc) and serve them to the Arbiters on June 19th.
4. Show up for the Scavenger Hunt on June 19th dressed as your favorite person from history. (Excluding years 1939-1945)
5. Design and create a model of what you think Park Slope will look like in 50 years.
