Old American Can Factory is hosting Rooftop Films with screenings of clips from 16 projects featured on Kickstarter--the website that lets people raise funds for artistic ventures. The clips are between two and ten minutes long and include feature films, documentaries, shorts, project videos, animation, video art, and music videos.
Kickstarter-funded food ventures will also be on hand for snacks, and there will be activities such as lucid dreaming lessons from Oneironautics, classes from Trade School, pics with the Magnolia Photo Booth, and animated GIFs turned into physical zoetropes.
Tickets are on sale exclusively through Kickstarter. Doors open at 7pm and the screenings start at 9pm.
