Should CHiPS Soup Kitchen host cooking classes after hours?

CHiPS Soup Kitchen and Residence for Young Mothers, located in Park Slope, Brooklyn, is considering hosting cooking classes, taught by professional chefs, in its facilities during hours when the soup kitchen is closed. Revenues generated will be used to support its mission of serving the hungry and homeless in our community.  Classes would begin in late Spring.
