At 9 p.m., Out to Lunch pushes the depths of the underground music scene by fuses groove music with improvisational imagination creating a sound that hits both the mind and feet.
Generating synergy between these two features, OTL feeds us irresistible fodder for dancing, while continuously challenging the listener’s aesthetic sensibility, as evidenced by tracks such as “To The Queen” and “Captain Stilts.”
Out to Lunch moves effortlessly from the world of funk to breakbeat, from dub to improvised house, captivating its audience everywhere.
At 10:30 p.m., Israeli-American singer/songwriter Tali Ratzon brings a fusion of World and Pop music incorporating Latin rhythms, Middle Eastern melodies and elements of Reggae. In her lyrics, Tali effortlessly conveys the passion and romance of dancing close enough to feel the breath of a partner or the euphoric sensation and simple pleasure in getting the chills.

The Tea Lounge is a Park Slope mainstay and has been at its current location for about 10 years now. This place is perfect for getting a large cup of joe or tea and hunkering down in one of its many nooks and crannies on an antique couch with your laptop and typing the day away. The dimly lit and very large space offers hot and cold drinks, small plates and snacks, pastries and cupcakes, as well as a full bar with happy hour specials. Enjoy many of the themed nights like trivia night, movie night and live music shows.
